Smooth Stone Services was founded by David White in 2002 when he was in high school with the intention of providing quality, affordable IT solutions to individuals and small businesses. Since then, his knowledge and experience in the IT industry has only increased through his work as a web developer, server administrator, and as a technician in his previous jobs, as well as the many contracts Smooth Stone Services has fulfilled. As a recent college graduate in Community Development, David has taught himself more about things in the IT field than he has learned in a formal environment. He believes that this knowledge proves the passion that he has for the industry. In five to ten years, he would love to see himself use Smooth Stone Services to integrate technology with doing community development work around the world - building relationships with the world's poor while through server administration, networking, web hosting, and cellphone technology in order to make the world a better place.
